  • Our Products are all registered and approved by the authorities of the Public Health & Safety Department (Consumer Products Safety Section) in United Arab Emirates.
  • If you have any allergies, please read the product label carefully. People with sensitive skin to take extra cautious when applying the Products.
  • Our Company accepts no liability in the unlikely event of a reaction occurring when using one of our products.

Shipping

  • We ship Products, within United Arab Emirates and international, upon checking out, and if the destination is covered by our shipping agents, the courier options, Service type and timeframe will come up to select from. Local shipments will take 2 working days. For international shipments, we will deliver your order in 3 working day. if any delays happen, kindly email us on help@packman.app.
  • Duties and taxes, including VAT may apply to your shipment depending on what the item is, it’s value and where it will be shipped.
  • Some countries we cannot ship Products to, for various reasons, this may change from time to time. We will update it on our website.

Return and Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not permitted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In such a case, you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@packman.app. We promise to exchange and deliver in such cases within 5 working days.
